Scholarship Scheme
It is a Pre-Matric Scholarship scheme for the SC and GEN category people of the class 09th and 10th. The families whose annual income is less than Rs 2.5 lakh are eligible for this scheme. The eligible applicants can apply for the schemes online and they will start getting the Scholarship in their 09th and 10th class.
Old Age Pension Scheme
People whose age is more than 60 years or whose family income is less than Rs 46080 in the rural area, and Rs 56460 in the urban area can apply for the the Old Age Pension Scheme. The UP govt is providing a pension of Rs 500 under this scheme. You can apply for the Old age pension online.
National Family Benefit Scheme
The families whose head of the family member got demise suddenly will get the direct benefit of Rs 30000 in one go. In this scheme, the age of the head of the family member should be from 18 years to 60 years. If there is no fund for this scheme, the District Magistrate has the power to take the fund from the Treasury Reserve. The family of the beneficiary should be supported immediately.
Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivah Yojana
UP govt has started the Mass Wedding Scheme in 2017. The purpose of the UP govt is to reduce the cost of weddings for people who can not afford and in one setup, mass wedding ceremonies can be performed. Families of any caste must have an annual income below Rs 2 Lakh to participate in the Mass Wedding program run by UP govt.
Jai Prakash Narayan Sarvodaya Vidyalaya (ATS)
In the UP state, there are 54 Government Ashram System Schools that are run from Class 1 to 2, class 1 to 8, and Class 1 to 12. In 2007, the UP government decided to upgrade all of these schools so that they could run from class 1 to class 12. In these Government Ashram System Schools, the pattern of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas has been followed. The current number of Government Ashram System Schools in present date is 94.
Scheduled Caste Hostel Scheme
The Social Welfare Department has developed various hostels for the SC students. The Social Welfare Department has been providing free boarding, furniture, and electricity to the students. There are cooks, sweepers, and proper staff in these hostels. The Social Welfare Department has been supporting a total of 262 hostels in the state. Boys and girls are living in separate hostels.
